For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We deal with all insurance plans. If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to file your claim for you. We ask that you pay your estimated portion at the time of service, and we will bill your insurance for the remainder. If there is any discrepancy between what we estimate they will pay and what they actually pay, we will reconcile that with you later.
We do not accept Medicaid.

We value your time, please value ours. Because we recognize the value of your time, you can expect us to see you at the appointed time and to keep your time spent in our office as short as possible. In return, when you make an appointment with us, please be on time because we have reserved our time just for you. Also, please make every effort not to change your scheduled appointments. If you find you must change an appointment, please provide us at least 48 hours advance notification, so that we may use our time to accommodate another patient. An hourly charge may be applied for broken or missed appointments without adequate advanced notification. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
